NOTHING BUT COFFEE
Not to long ago we asked a "non-believing" graphic designer to create a logo for our church. To come up with some ideas we looked in the yellow pages and came across one church whose advertisement said something like "Good Faith, Great Coffee." The advertisement obviously offended the graphic designer who responded, "If all they have to offer the world is great coffee, they really have nothing to offer it at all." I must say that I have to agree!

I love coffee, and it would safe to say rather addicted. But I am much more addicted to Jesus. It is sad to see that many churches have come to the point of offering religion light. While people perish we have nothing better to think of than coffee as our selling point to the church...God help us, God move us. Give them Jesus! That's what they really need, that's the only one that can save them. Coffee may save me from falling asleep on my computer, but only Jesus can save the soul.
